We are looking for a proficient Planner (m/f/d) to manage our wind power line projects using Oracle Primavera P6 and to coordinate the threads between planning, construction, and resource management.

Your Role

As a Planner, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and monitoring complex master schedules for the construction of power lines, ensuring timely completion and efficient resource allocation.

Your Responsibilities

• Create, update, and monitor complex master schedules for the construction of power lines using Oracle Primavera P6.
• Coordinate the deployment of internal and external resources, ensuring personnel and materials are in the right place at the right time.
• Analyze project status (comparing planned vs. actual), identify critical paths, and proactively initiate countermeasures for deviations.
• Work closely with project management, construction management, and external service providers to achieve milestones on time.
• Utilize Primavera P6 for "what-if" scenarios to minimize risks early on.

Your Qualifications

• Proficient user of Oracle Primavera P6 (including resource planning, cost monitoring, and critical path analysis).
• Completed technical (e.g., Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering) or commercial degree (e.g., Business Administration or Industrial Engineering), or a comparable vocational training/degree.
• Proven experience in planning complex (infrastructure) large-scale projects.
• Confident communication in German (minimum C1 level) to ensure smooth coordination with authorities and construction teams.
• Ability to remain calm and composed even with tight and complex deadlines.
• Knowledge in the field of wind energy or power line construction is an advantage, but not a must – we value your methodological strength in planning more.
