About the Role

When We All Vote seeks Party at the Polls Regional Organizing Directors to serve as the primary executors of the Party at the Polls program, an evidence-backed voter turnout program that transforms voting from a solitary action into a community celebration for all by promoting nonpartisan, community-led parties near early voting centers. Reporting to the Party at the Polls National Organizing Director, Regional Organizing Directors sit at the heart of the program’s implementation work: onboarding and supporting local partners, tracking activation progress, ensuring community-based activations are delivered with quality and impact across a defined portfolio of states and geographies, and serving as a trusted resource for the community organizers, campuses, faith groups, and organizations hosting joyful voting celebrations in their communities.

Multiple Regional Organizing Directors will be hired, with preference given to candidates who are based in or have established, strong partner relationships in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Mississippi, and/or North Carolina.
