Senior Consultant- US Program Advisory

About the Role

Join Turner & Townsend's Program Advisory business, a rapidly growing unit focused on strategy, setup, transition, and transformation of major program and project delivery capabilities for clients in the US and globally. As a Senior Consultant, you will be a key player in client-facing consulting and advisory assignments, working within multi-disciplinary teams led by Directors to deliver outstanding outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on developing capital strategy, assessing and allocating capital, and setting up major programs and projects for success.
• Provide best-practice advice and hands-on support for establishing, transforming, operating, and optimizing major programs and projects.
• Utilize various consulting techniques to enhance performance across the capital and project lifecycle.
• Lead workstreams of moderate complexity and take ownership of significant deliverables within integrated teams.
• Contribute to the development of service delivery tools and techniques.
• Support business development and practice development initiatives.
• Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification in management consulting, business management, engineering, construction, procurement, contract management, project management, project controls, or information technology.
• Proven ability to provide value-adding advice and hands-on assistance to clients in the infrastructure, commercial real estate, or natural resources sectors, particularly in establishing and operating major capital projects and programs.
• 4-6 years of experience in a similar consulting role OR 5-10 years of experience in a relevant role within the infrastructure, natural resources, heavy industrial, or construction sectors.
• Familiarity with business improvement approaches such as business process re-engineering, system development, and change management.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience on high-value capital programs.
• Experience with digital data analytic tools is a plus.

Benefits & Additional Information

• Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 per year (base salary only).
