Role Overview

  • Position: Full-time Virtual Assistant (Remote)
  • Hours: 40 hours/week (must overlap with US Central Time mornings/early afternoons)
  • Pay: $2.35 USD / hour
  • Location: Remote
  • Start Date: ASAP for the right candidate

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)

  • Create and edit visually appealing social media content and Instagram carousels in Canva.
  • Edit short reels with captions and text using Capcut.
  • Manage email inboxes: triage, draft replies, organize, and set follow-up reminders.
  • Organize and maintain Google Drive and Canva folders.
  • Build and manage content calendars (Instagram, LinkedIn) and schedule posts.
  • Support client communication via Slack and email, escalating issues and logging tasks.
  • Create SOPs, checklists, and Asana project cards for recurring workflows.
  • Perform basic copywriting for captions, newsletter snippets, and social headlines.
  • Assist with client onboarding, including welcome kits and calendar invites.
  • Provide light project management: track tasks, follow up with subcontractors, and update owners.
  • Conduct research and outreach, including market research and vendor/client prospecting.
  • Perform occasional light bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, expense logging).
  • Support event planning as needed.

Must-Have Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Canva (building carousels and templates).
  • Experience with Capcut for video editing.
  • Strong Google Workspace skills (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Experience with GoHighlevel (or willingness to learn).
  • Proficient in email management (Gmail, filters, drafting replies).
  • Experience with Asana/Trello for project boards and SOPs.
  • Reliable laptop, stable internet (minimum 10 Mbps), and a quiet workspace.

  • Experience supporting female entrepreneurs, coaches, or small creative businesses.
