How You Will Achieve Success

• Provide essential day-to-day support to the Account Management Team, contributing to performance targets.
• Manage daily operations, including coordinating deliveries, handling complaints, processing returns and reships, and maintaining customer data.
• Enter and manage orders efficiently.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service escalations from key platform brand partners, ensuring timely and high-quality issue resolution.
• Identify process gaps within the team and contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives for continuous service quality improvement.

What Experiences Will Help You in This Role

• Experience in strategic operations, outbound/inbound transportation, or fulfillment operations.
• Fluent communication in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive results, ensure alignment, and hold team members accountable.
• Proactive identification of business opportunities and independent drive of performance-improvement initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for accurate data interpretation and decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment by staying organized, adapting to change, influencing others, and managing multiple priorities.
