About the Role
Experian is looking for an Automation / AI Business Analyst who thrives on solving problems and collaborating with both business and technical teams. You will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to enhance processes using automation and AI. This role involves partnering with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to understand requirements and support the delivery of practical, user-friendly solutions. You will report to the Director of Service Management.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to understand current processes and pinpoint automation and AI improvement opportunities.
- Define and evaluate use cases for automation and AI, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise requirements, including workflows and data requirements.
- Develop and maintain essential documentation, such as process maps, use cases, and data flows.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to support solution design, testing, and rollout.
- Track automation initiatives and adhere to established governance and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Exposure to automation, workflow improvement, or AI-related projects.
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as APIs, data structures, and system integrations.
- Experience with AI or automation tools (e.g., conversational AI, intelligent agents, low-code platforms).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with experience working with Agile teams.
