Responsibilities

• Holistic management and steering of B2B key accounts in the energy sector.
• Responsibility for service delivery to clients within the ongoing operation of complex mobile solutions.
• Creation, analysis, and presentation of regular service reports for top clients.
• Continuous monitoring, steering, and development of agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Active stakeholder management with clients and internal departments.
• Ensuring high service, process, and quality standards.
• Management of customer projects, including planning, implementation, and controlling.
• Application of suitable project management methodologies for complex customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Service Manager in a B2B environment, ideally with corporate clients in the energy sector and critical infrastructure.
• Proven expertise in customer service for an IT or mobile communications provider.
• Confident demeanor with excellent communication and presentation skills, suitable for operational, management, and executive levels.
• High service orientation and a strong sense of quality.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills (written and spoken).
