Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic development for Workplace IT, overseeing the smooth operation of the entire IT infrastructure at the Ehingen (Donau) and Ulm locations.
• Manage, administer, and maintain system landscapes.
• Independently analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Operate, monitor, and manage APIs for Anthropic, OpenAI & Co., including cost and access control.
• Implement, maintain, and integrate productive bot, agent, and RAG solutions (Azure AI Foundry) into the corporate IT.
• Ensure secure, GDPR-compliant AI usage, and provide consultation and training to business departments.
• Execute IT projects and develop standards and processes for IT support.

Qualifications

• Completed IT degree, IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in IT operations, including Microsoft 365 in a corporate environment and Microsoft Azure.
• Initial practical experience or strong interest in AI technologies, APIs, data processing, and AI-supported tools.
• Excellent knowledge of Windows client operating systems, including installation, troubleshooting, policies, user profiles, drivers, and updates.
• Previous leadership or project management experience in an IT environment.
• Strong service orientation and a structured, independent work style.
• Good German language skills (written and spoken).
