About STELLIUM IMMOBILIER

Our subsidiary, STELLIUM IMMOBILIER, is responsible for distributing real estate investment products in partnership with over 60 developer partners.

About the Role

Reporting to the Real Estate Engineering department, you will be responsible for overseeing the real estate operations commercialized by STELLIUM IMMOBILIER, from activation to the end of the initial rental period. You will liaunt with partner developers and managers to ensure commitments are met and to inform wealth management advisors.

Main Missions

Participate in the organization for the rental and management of commercialized units:

• Follow-up and transmission of management proposals.
• Follow-up of management mandate signatures and their invoicing with partners.
• Transmit necessary information to the manager for unit rental and program delivery.
• Communicate reliable information on any modifications since the commercial launch within the framework of the Rental Assistance File (DAL).

Ensure follow-up of operation progress and take necessary actions to meet commitments:

• Regularly obtain construction progress updates from the developer.
• Communicate progress information to advisors via construction monitoring (adherence to deadlines).

Monitor rental occupancy by the manager and request necessary actions to meet commitments.

Handle issues related to commercialized real estate programs:

• Manage various requests and complaints with the support of the Legal Department.
• Provide support in case of post-delivery issues.

Qualifications

• You hold a degree from Bac +2 to Bac +5 in Real Estate.
• You have proven successful experience in a similar role.
• Possess strong analytical and synthesis skills, enabling you to quickly grasp challenges and propose suitable solutions.
• Knowledge of real estate law and a good understanding of the sector are significant assets.
• You combine excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commercial sense, effectively understanding the needs of your contacts.
• Organizational skills and rigor will help you fully manage the responsibilities of this position.
