What You’ll Do:
- Provide consistently exceptional customer service across all communication channels.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience with a customer-first mindset to cultivate lasting client relationships.
- Consistently meet and exceed performance objectives.
- Act as a versatile support (stylist, confidant, personal assistant) to assist customers in finding their ideal items.
- Master our shipping, fulfillment, and returns procedures to process customer orders efficiently.
- Relay customer and product feedback to internal teams such as Merchandising, Operations, and Product Development.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of all business aspects and exposure to various teams.

Availability:
We are currently hiring for Seasonal roles with part-time availability required in June. Candidates must possess flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate peak customer demand.
High-performing Seasonal employees may be offered contract extensions for subsequent seasons or considered for permanent roles, based on business needs and individual performance.
- Part-Time: 8–29 hours per week, with occasional weekend shifts.
Flexible availability is crucial; we seek team members who can provide exceptional service when our customers need us most.
Compensation:
At Reformation, we champion transparency and equity in compensation. For this role, the anticipated hourly wage ranges from $17.60 to $18.65. This range is influenced by factors such as location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal compensation equity.
This position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, contingent upon company performance, departmental objectives, and individual contributions. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and are determined at the company's discretion.
