About LikeGroup
We are LikeGroup: 33 individuals in Frankfurt dedicated to creator marketing for brands such as Telekom, Deutsche Bahn, Zürich Versicherung, SharkNinja, and Sony. Since 2018, we've built a portfolio of over 80 brands. Previously, HR functions were managed by the executive team; now, we are searching for the person who will establish our People department from scratch.
You will work directly with the founders, identifying the right talent and ensuring our team can grow without compromising culture, quality, or performance.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting — Your Focus
- You will create and publish job advertisements and manage the entire recruiting process.
- You will handle applicant management and conduct initial interviews.
- You will conduct active sourcing for selected positions — primarily marketing, creative, and tech roles.
People Operations
- You will create and maintain employment contracts and personnel files.
- You will manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- You will build and maintain our HR documentation and processes.
Employee Support
- You will serve as the point of contact for employees and managers.
- You will prepare and facilitate probationary, feedback, and development discussions.
- You will professionally conduct difficult conversations and advise managers on personnel decisions.
Culture & Development
- You will further develop our company culture and organize team events.
- You will support employer branding and recruiting marketing efforts.
- As the team grows, you will help build performance, feedback, and development processes.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, Recruiting, or People & Culture.
- Ideally, experience in a fast-growing company, agency, or startup.
- Structured, independent work style.
- Strong communication skills and empathy.
- Confident handling of sensitive personnel matters — including in difficult conversations.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
A Plus:
- Knowledge of employment law.
- Experience with performance management systems.
- Experience in recruiting marketing, creative, or tech positions.
