Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and delivering high-quality processes, solutions, or projects with a focus on risk management.
- Translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Evaluating and ensuring the alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in client processes and solutions.
- Overseeing professional employees or supervising teams on complex technical initiatives.
- Maintaining billable client charging, leading delivery streams, and managing projects.
- Engaging directly with external clients on a daily basis.
- Potentially traveling up to 40-60% based on client needs.

Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, including specific experience with Zuora Revenue and Quote-to-Revenue processes.
- Enterprise-level experience within a professional services organization, delivering moderate to complex ERP, billing, and revenue accounting systems.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide business discussions and articulate solution value.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, systems design and integration, and user interface design.
- Experience with data analysis, conversion, migration, interfaces, and reports.
- Experience with gap analysis and blueprint development.
- Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support.
- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end solutions through the entire SDLC.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills (business and technical).
- Experience with accounting principles and ability to converse effectively with finance teams.
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
- Experience implementing billing solutions for B2B and B2C companies.
- Consulting experience.
- Zuora Billing experience.
- Oracle Cloud ERP or NetSuite experience.
