About the Role
As a Local Account Manager at Townsquare Media Group, you will be a critical partner to the sales organization, ensuring smooth campaign execution and accurate data management. This is a collaborative, in-office role where you'll support pre-sale and post-sale processes, keeping campaigns on track and sellers focused on closing business. You will be the operational backbone behind high-performing sales teams, acting as an extension of both sales and operations.

What You’ll Do:
- Enter and manage sales orders in WideOrbit, including modifications through launch.
- Collaborate with Digital Campaign Managers, trafficking teams, and sellers to coordinate campaign assets and requirements.
- Produce and review reports related to pacing, delivery, and reconciliation.
- Support sales efforts through proposals, research, creative guidance, and campaign setup.
- Provide administrative and process support for contracts, customer service needs, and order history.
- Create advertiser screenshot decks and presentation materials.
- Generate campaign performance reports and assist with customized campaign recaps using data from Townsquare’s digital & broadcast reporting tools.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience or interest in marketing, advertising, or media environments.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, competitive setting.
- High School Diploma (required); college coursework or BA/BS degree (preferred).

Salary Range
$40,000—$45,000 USD (Based on Experience and Performance)
