Your Responsibilities:

• Support in coordinating with our internal talents.
• Assist in identifying new cooperation partners.
• Learn how to process inquiries and create offers.
• Gain knowledge of price negotiations and market pricing, with opportunities to demonstrate negotiation skills (in consultation) and assist with price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners).
• Learn about contract structures in this industry, their pitfalls, and begin reviewing initial contracts.
• Support Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talents, and help realize them.
• Act as a liaison between talents and our partners, planning their assignments and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future formats and shows.
• In the first year, you will take on a supporting role, gradually transitioning to more responsibilities based on your development.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum internship, working student position, and/or completed vocational training in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing (e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency).
• Interest and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficient use of all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
