About the Role

For the training year 2026, we are seeking a motivated junior professional for our electronics manufacturing department in Ettlingen. This apprenticeship offers a practical introduction to electronics and hands-on work with real technical projects.

Responsibilities (During Apprenticeship)

• Manufacture and assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and devices.
• Build equipment and systems for measurement and testing technology.
• Wire circuits, cables, connectors, and electronic sub-assemblies according to technical documentation.
• Read and apply technical documentation, circuit diagrams, and drawings.
• Test, measure, and commission devices and systems.
• Analyze, localize, and resolve errors.
• Operate measuring instruments, tools, and modern testing equipment.
• Maintain, document, and further develop electronic systems.
• Collaborate with our team on customer-specific solutions.

Qualifications

• Secondary school leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife) or Abitur (high school diploma).
• Interest in electronics, technology, devices, and systems.
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding.
• Enjoyment of precise and careful work.
• Good performance in Mathematics and Physics.
• Motivation to learn new things and take responsibility.
• Reliability, teamwork skills, and a structured approach to work.
• Experience with PCs, operating systems, and standard programs like Word and Excel.
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level).
• Driver's license Class B is desirable.
