About the Role

The IT Infrastructure Systems Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership and capability to IT infrastructure personnel. This includes, but is not limited to, managing L2 Operations, Data Center, Servers (VMWare, Linux & Windows), Networks, Firewalls, Telephony, and Cybersecurity.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or any IT-related course.
Knowledge and experience with ITIL Method, particularly in Incident Management.
At least 3 years of experience managing a team of five or more direct reports (non-direct reports may be considered).
At least 5 years of appropriate experience supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery, preferably within a medium-sized organization.
3-5 years of hands-on technical operations experience with server hardware, including virtualization, Linux, Windows, and related Microsoft technologies (e.g., IIS Administration, Firewall, Network, ISP, Telephony).
3 years of experience in Cyber Security and Controls, IT audit, or equivalent.
3 years of experience managing an IT Infrastructure environment.
Strong, customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivery.
Experience working with third-party service providers.
