Position Summary
As a Sales Representative for Noble IQ Education Solutions, you will build strong customer relationships by offering integrated technology, training, and technical service solutions designed to enhance safety, security, preparedness, and operational effectiveness within educational institutions. This role is crucial for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities within K-12 school districts, colleges, universities, educational service agencies, and other public-sector educational organizations. You will establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, procurement officials, facilities leaders, campus safety personnel, and technology stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle.
Your primary responsibility will be to achieve assigned revenue and gross profit goals through proactive prospecting, effective account management, insightful solution development, proposal support, and consistent customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with Noble IQ's subject matter experts, technical personnel, and vendor partners to create and deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to customer needs.

As a Sales Representative, you will focus on empowering educational institutions to improve safety, security, emergency preparedness, operational readiness, and technology utilization through our comprehensive solution offerings.
Essential Functions
- Exceed assigned revenue and gross profit goals quarterly and annually.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and key decision-makers within the assigned territory.
- Prospect and generate new sales opportunities within the K-12 and higher education markets.
- Manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, quotes, proposals, and customer engagements using Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct thorough customer discovery meetings to identify operational challenges, requirements, and funding opportunities.
- Develop and present integrated solutions that combine technology, training, implementation, and sustainment services.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to develop compelling proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.
- Identify and leverage grant opportunities, procurement vehicles, and funding sources available to educational institutions.
- Attend key educational conferences, school safety events, industry trade shows, and networking events.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence on educational trends, funding opportunities, relevant legislation, and competitive activity.
- Accurately forecast opportunities and maintain comprehensive customer records within company systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer sales process.
Position Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Experience selling solutions, services, technology, or professional services is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline independently.
