- Earning Potential (Salary + Productivity Bonus): $93,105 - $116,738, plus earn up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with a second bonus – that's two bonuses to enhance your earning potential.

Your Role and Impact
As a BCBA at Cortica, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You will lead a team of Behavior Technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

- Achievable Targets: Average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks for a manageable workload.

- ABA Caseload Bonus: Earn additional monthly bonus opportunities based on ABA direct service hours billed and converted within your POD, with potential up to 10% of monthly base salary.
- Growth and Advancement Opportunities: Advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact. At BCBA levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing focus on leadership skills, cultivating other talents, and exploring broader professional interests.
- Autonomy Over Your Schedule: Full control over when and where you supervise your cases, empowering you to design a schedule that works for you.
- Administrative Support: Focus on clinical care while our dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
