• Communication Skills: Clear, precise written and verbal expression to communicate feedback understandably; willingness to participate in interviews and online surveys.
• Flexibility and Openness: Willingness to accept various test assignments and studies with different requirements; adaptability to changing tasks and subject areas.
• Reliability and Accuracy: Careful and conscientious execution of test tasks; an eye for detail and an analytical mindset.
