Your Tasks

• Monitor outstanding receivables and ensure smooth incoming payments.
• Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding outstanding invoices and inquiries.
• Independently resolve discrepancies in payment transactions.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and document them in the system.

Salary

• 1,500 Euros per month (gross) for 20 hours/week.
• Onboarding phase typically 1-2 months (fully paid).

What You Bring

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) seeking a working student position.
• Initial experience in customer communication, accounting, or a commercial role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• You speak fluent German, both written and spoken.
• You work in a structured, meticulous manner and can keep track of multiple processes.
• You present yourself professionally and reliably to customers and can communicate confidently.
• You have a good understanding of numbers and handle sensitive data responsibly and discreetly.
• You are characterized by a solution-oriented, pragmatic, and customer-focused approach.

Note: Both career changers and entry-level candidates are explicitly welcome! No prior experience in accounts receivable management is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided.
