The Opportunity

This role reports into the Manager of Investor Services and involves collaborative work within the Investor Services team in Guernsey. The primary focus is on providing a full range of fund administration and accounting services, predominantly to closed-ended Alternative Asset fund structures. Key responsibilities and tasks may evolve as the role develops.

Main Responsibilities

  • Be a key contributor to the Investor Services Team, supporting client service and deliverables for Ocorian's international client base.
  • Deliver high-quality services throughout the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to termination.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational goals.
  • Support the administration of a portfolio of fund structures and other entities.
  • Adhere to Ocorian policies and procedures.

Day-to-Day Tasks

Client Service:

  • Develop an understanding of client organizations and expectations per service agreements.
  • Help ensure service delivery consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Assist in resolving client issues through regular liaison with clients, relationship managers, and operational managers.

Business As Usual (BAU):

  • Support the day-to-day delivery of operational and investor servicing functions.
  • Assist with investor onboarding as part of the wider client onboarding and transition process.
  • Prepare investor capital calls and distributions.
  • Handle fund manager and investor queries efficiently.
  • Ensure timely preparation of all relevant activities within stated Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Liaise with KYC and Compliance teams for guidance and sign-off.
  • Assist in implementing Investor Services projects as needed.
  • Support the Manager in ensuring timely resolution of queries and tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with other internal teams to meet key deliverables.
