Ihre Aufgaben

Business Development:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, developing strategies for revenue maximization and identifying cross- & upselling opportunities.

Key Account Management:

  • Act as the central interface for all client inquiries, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain an overview of all client needs, ensuring prompt and efficient processing to strengthen trust and expand revenue potential.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Take on personnel responsibility and develop your team by sharing expert knowledge.
  • Drive growth, engagement, and sustainable success through clear goal setting and continuous feedback.

Individual Media Strategies with Growth Focus:

  • Develop tailored digital media strategies based on client briefings that perfectly meet their goals and needs, contributing to campaign success.

Utilization and Application of (Media) Planning Tools:

  • Utilize expert knowledge of media planning tools to create precise and effective media plans that contribute to successful campaign execution.

Expert for Digital Media Genres:

  • Possess comprehensive expertise in all relevant digital media genres to select the best media channels and advertising formats for campaigns.

Sales & New Business:

  • Actively drive new customer acquisition and explore new market potentials alongside existing client management.

Ihre Qualifikation

Experience in Client Support and Digital Media Planning:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media planning, bringing extensive expertise in both strategic and operational client support.
  • Cross-media expertise to develop and implement customized solutions for clients.

Team Leadership and Training:

  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams, focusing on motivation, coaching, and individual development.
  • Ability to identify talent, foster potential, and lead the team to peak performance.

Analytical Skills and Affinity for Numbers:

  • Strong affinity for numbers and proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as tools like advision and mds.
  • Analytical thinking to make data-driven decisions.
