The Task

Client Leadership & Growth:

  • You are the central point of contact for multiple clients – you lead them strategically, actively develop the partnership, and always think two steps ahead.
  • You identify growth potential before your client does, communicate clearly at the decision-maker level, and impress with results.
  • You get the most out of every client relationship – not through pressure, but through genuine understanding of their business goals.
  • You proactively bring new ideas, opportunities, and platform developments into client discussions – you don't wait to be asked.
  • You identify upsell and cross-sell potentials and, together with your clients, develop the next logical step – always with a view to their goals, not the next deal.
  • You prepare quarterly and annual reviews that are not just a look back, but provide real strategic impulses for the next level.
  • You build long-term relationships at the decision-maker level – so that your client is not only satisfied but actively recommends you.
  • You know your clients' KPIs by heart and know which lever is currently the crucial one.

TikTok Shop Management:

  • You are responsible for the operational shop management of your clients: product listings, catalog maintenance, and continuous optimization of the shop structure.
  • You plan and manage pricing strategies and promotions – from promotional prices and voucher campaigns to platform-specific sale events.
  • You analyze shop performance using relevant eCom KPIs (GMV, CR, CTR, ROAS) and derive concrete measures.
  • You have a feel for which products perform, why – and what to do when they don't.

Project & Account Management:

  • You manage all workflows for your clients and work closely with our TikTok Shop Team (Franzi as Lead, Emelie & Laurin in Creator Management).
  • You adhere to timelines, set clear priorities, and ensure clients are involved at every step.
  • You establish scalable standards and processes – and implement them directly for your clients.
  • You always keep an eye on KPIs, reports, and measures, and present them confidently both internally and externally.

TikTok Shop Strategy:

  • You contribute to annual strategies, steer towards goal achievement, and always keep an eye on market changes in the TikTok Shop world.
  • You learn quickly, actively integrate new trends and features into your client work, and become a true expert over time.

You

  • Several years of experience in account management, client success, or a comparable role with direct client contact – ideally in an agency or eCom environment.
  • No TikTok Shop experience necessary – but genuine curiosity about the topic and the willingness to take on responsibility quickly.
  • Strength in client leadership: You know how to build trust, manage expectations, and actively develop clients.
  • Structured, self-directed work style with a view to the big picture.
  • Communication talent at all levels – from operational coordination to client presentations.
