Your Responsibilities

  • Holistically conceive, plan, and manage influencer and creator campaigns from ideation through to final reporting.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable creators and influencers, conduct negotiations, and create clear, detailed briefings.
  • Define KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable learnings for future collaborations.
  • Develop creator-driven campaigns, social formats, and collaborations aligned with platform logic, target audience needs, and brand requirements.
  • Formulate clear conceptual recommendations and campaign strategies based on briefings and market analyses.
  • Craft core messages and narratives that effectively integrate brands, creators, and communities.
  • Identify relevant trends, mechanics, and formats, translating them into unique, brand-appropriate cases.
  • Manage collaborations with creator agencies and management, including negotiations, calculations, and budget approvals.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a comparable qualification, plus 5+ years of professional experience in a digital or social media agency, preferably with a focus on influencer or creator marketing.
  • Exceptional conceptual skills and a strong intuition for creator culture, social media, and digital trends.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok and META platforms (especially Instagram), including creator dynamics, content trends, distribution, and platform-specific success factors.
  • Proven experience in conceptualizing, visualizing, and presenting influencer and social media campaigns to clients.
  • Proficiency with influencer marketing tools for research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong conceptual clarity and argumentation skills to serve as a strategic partner for internal teams and clients, including in new business pitches.
  • Structured, self-directed work style with a high standard for quality and clear prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English, coupled with strong team spirit and a desire to contribute to the #OneTwoTeam.
