Your Responsibilities
- Monitoring & Service: Monitor and respond to customer service inquiries across social media for our FMCG client.
- Content Creation: Craft engaging and accurate responses to user inquiries.
- Reporting: Create reports in Excel and PowerPoint formats, as well as using our reporting tools.
- Project Support: Independently manage smaller social media management projects.
- Team Assistance: Support our social media team with daily operational tasks.
Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student.
- Available up to 20 hours per week.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Independent and structured working style.
- Strong communication skills, quick comprehension, and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Ability to write engaging and error-free (short) texts.
- Open-minded, tolerant, and enthusiastic about joining the #OneTwoTeam.
- Solution-oriented approach to challenges.
