VOGGSMEDIA is a performance marketing agency with a family DNA and a Remote-First setup. Founded in 2017 by Sebastian, Lisa, and Matthias Vogg, our team of media buyers, creative strategists, designers, and content producers is distributed across the DACH region.

Our focus is on measurable growth for our clients – on Meta, TikTok, Google, and beyond. We cover everything from Paid Media and UGC to Creative Strategy and Measurement & Attribution.

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring regular and effective communication.
• Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze performance data and proactively derive measures to understand client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Campaign Optimization: Take responsibility for ongoing campaign optimization to achieve client objectives.
• Client Portfolio: Independently manage a portfolio typically consisting of 2 large and 4-5 medium-sized clients.
• Creative Briefings: Create precise briefings for the creative teams.
• Revenue Responsibility: Assume responsibility for client retention and revenue growth as the central interface within the agency.

Qualifications

• Meta Ads Expertise: Profound and deep knowledge of Meta Ads is a mandatory requirement.
• Experience: Proven experience in independently managing clients in performance marketing.
• Growth Mindset: A strong growth mindset and a keen interest in new tools and industry developments.
• Self-Organization: High ability for self-organization and initiative to succeed in our autonomous agency structure.
• Bonus - TikTok: Knowledge in the area of TikTok Ads.
