Digital Designer for Sports Content (w/m/d) - Flexible Hours
Working Student, Part-Time, or Full-Time
We develop and operate innovative products in the sports betting sector. Our goal is to offer our customers the most intuitive, transparent, and successful user experience possible. To ensure our products and content are visually compelling, a strong external presence and good design are crucial.
To achieve this, we want to expand our design team and are looking for you as a Digital Designer for Sports Content (w/m/d).
Whether you want to start as a working student, are looking for a part-time position, or want to jump in full-time: we are open to different models and will find what works best together.
Your Responsibilities:
Designing our online advertising is your daily business:
- Develop and create advertising banners, newsletter graphics, and social media assets with sports themes. Isolating, editing, and composing images is second nature to you and you enjoy it.
- In addition to planned content, there may be spontaneous requests with minimal requirements depending on the sports event, campaign, or marketing action. This is where your creativity, a good eye, and quick execution are needed.
- You'll have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively shape designs. We welcome new impulses and enjoy it when you take our existing formats further.
- Occasionally, you will also support content or templates in the area of employer branding for agido and can contribute to the further development of our career page.
Your Qualifications:
What you should bring:
- Whether it's training as a media designer, a degree in design, or self-taught skills: Your background is less important to us than what you can creatively do.
Therefore, we are particularly pleased to receive meaningful work samples or a portfolio that gives us an impression of your style, your eye for design, and your previous projects.
You should also bring:
- Good knowledge of Photoshop or a comparable image editing program.
- A good feel for visual language, layout, colors, and digital formats.
- AI competence, for example, in formulating good prompts for fast image generation.
- Very good German language skills for team communication.
- Since you will be creating designs for sports betting advertising, it would be great if you have an interest in one or another sport. You don't have to actively participate in them.
What We Offer:
Our Way of Working:
We use the project management tool "ClickUp" for all our processes at agido. We are about 50 people and work from home up to two days a week, and the rest of the time in our office at the Phoenix See. We live flat organizational structures, always support each other, and everyone has the chance to contribute. We are a friendly team!
Working and Living at agido:
- You can cook your own meals in our kitchen or organize food in one of the many surrounding restaurants. There's always a small group for that.
- Need a short break? Grab someone from the team and play a round of table tennis, darts, or Magic: The Gathering.
- Of course, there is coffee, fruit, and a small muesli bar for your breakfast. You can also request additional items via a QR code in the kitchen.
- We organize company outings, occasionally grill on the balcony, and sometimes enjoy a few beers on Thirsty Thursday. Occasionally, there's a larger joint outing, sometimes with family.
