The advertising landscape on Meta has shifted dramatically. With Advantage+ and Andromeda handling targeting, the creative is now the decisive factor. AI is radically changing how quickly, deeply, and with what variance we can conceptualize, produce, and test creatives. We view this not as a risk, but as the most significant lever for growth in years. This is where you come in.
Your playground is the AI-first production of performance creatives for video and static ads, with a sharp focus on Meta. You'll create assets for brands selling complex, high-priced products requiring multi-stage purchasing decisions. You'll leverage AI to massively accelerate research, idea generation, copy variations, and creative derivations. Your task is to translate performance data into structured creative concepts, thinking not in isolated hooks, but in modular systems that capture attention across multiple funnel stages (from first touch to closing), build intent, and drive purchases. From these concepts, you'll develop numerous variations for systematic testing, iteratively scaling ad accounts.
Produce performance videos with an AI-first approach. Utilize common AI tools for image and video generation to efficiently develop script concepts, visual ideas, hook variations, text overlays, and messaging. Combine existing footage, UGC, stock material, and AI-generated assets into scalable video ads.
Develop static ads as a distinct performance channel. Employ AI to create visual concepts, headlines, claims, and layout variations, systematically deriving further tests from strong static creatives.
Metrics like CTR, Thumb-Stop Rate, Hold Rate, and CAC are your compass. They are not just reporting figures but the foundation for clear decisions: which creatives to scale, which to iterate on, and which to stop.
A very high affinity for AI and practical experience with common AI tools for image and video generation. AI fluency is a prerequisite, not a bonus.
Practical experience in editing/post-production (ideally DaVinci Resolve) and in creating and optimizing static ads (Adobe, Canva, Photoroom, or similar). You possess a keen sense for staging content that is both aesthetically pleasing and sales-driving.
A structured, test-oriented approach and strong analytical-conceptual skills to translate performance data into creative hypotheses. You are a team player with proactive and transparent communication.
