Your Role: Technical Consultant for Critical Voice Communication

As a key technical advisor, you will be instrumental in shaping secure and reliable voice communication solutions for our business clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultation and support to our business clients on all technical challenges related to secure voice communication in the MCPTT and mobile radio environments.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact, managing customer projects from presales consultation, technical onboarding, and piloting through to stable implementation and expansion.
• Support the sales team in presales activities through technical consultation, conceptualization, and customer presentations.
• Address technical inquiries from clients, undertaking structured error analysis and sustainable problem-solving during testing and in live operation.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Product Management, and technical departments.
• Integrate customer requirements into the structured development of products and services.

Your Qualifications

• Possess in-depth experience in Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT).
• Demonstrate very good knowledge of modern mobile radio technologies and end-to-end applications.
• Have a solid understanding of critical operational and emergency communication systems.
• Experience in consulting complex technical ICT solutions in the B2B environment.
• Exhibit an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
• Have experience in project management and work effectively in project-oriented structures.
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken) and good command of English (written and spoken).
• Hold a completed degree or vocational training (e.g., in electrical, telecommunications, or information technology) or a comparable qualification, coupled with several years of relevant professional experience.
