Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles, from defining requirements and crafting job descriptions to managing offers and facilitating onboarding.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical leaders, effectively managing expectations and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, with a particular focus on attracting hard-to-find engineering talent.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough candidate interviews to evaluate technical alignment, motivation, communication skills, and potential risks.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a consistently high-quality and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • ATS Management: Maintain accurate and compliant records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related recruitment tools.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide valuable market insights and talent intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
  • Adaptability: Prioritize effectively in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment, adjusting your approach as business needs evolve.

About You

Essential Experience:

  • Recruitment Expertise: 4+ years of comprehensive recruitment experience, gained either in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Technical Recruiting Background: Proven success in recruiting engineering and technical profiles within sectors such as Space, Aerospace, Automotive, Robotics, or Advanced Manufacturing.
  • Startup Recruitment: Demonstrated experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment within complex startup environments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong capability in managing stakeholders, including senior technical hiring managers.
  • European Recruiting: Experience recruiting across Europe, with a strong advantage for candidates experienced in recruiting within Germany.
  • Advanced Sourcing: Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and direct search methodologies.
  • ATS Proficiency: Confident user of ATS systems and established recruitment processes.
  • Communication Skills: Calm, professional, and considered communication style, even under pressure.
  • Interpersonal Skills: High levels of emotional awareness and interpersonal sensitivity for effective collaboration.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working with changing or incomplete information.
  • Curiosity & Drive: Naturally curious, eager to learn quickly, and motivated to develop deep ownership of technical domains.
  • Detail-Oriented: Possess strong judgment and meticulous attention to detail when evaluating candidate suitability and business alignment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Defence, military, or government-related environments.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
