Responsibilities

Your potential tasks:

• Invoicing of services within the company's internal billing system.
• Invoicing of services in our clients' credit systems.
• Responsibility for all incoming and outgoing invoices; management of all documents and expense reports.
• Maintenance of workflows in the billing area.
• Support in preparatory accounting.

• Skills/Interests/Background: Business Administration, Organization, experience in bookkeeping, completed vocational training as an office clerk (Bürokauffrau/Bürokaufmann).
• Programs: Experience with Sage and DATEV Unternehmen online is an advantage.

Additional Information

This position is available in full-time and part-time. You will receive a permanent employment contract without a fixed term.
