Teamlead CRM (m/f/d)

About the Role

For an established company in the retail and consumer environment, we are looking for a Teamlead CRM who wants to further develop data-driven CRM with a clear performance focus. A young, dynamic work environment and good development opportunities. In a mix of home office (40%) and on-site work. • Location: Greater Bremen area.

Responsibilities

Goal: Steering and optimizing cross-channel CRM campaigns

• Analysis of customer data and KPIs to derive effective measures.
• Development of segmentation, trigger, and personalization logic.
• Functional responsibility for CRM channels such as newsletters, direct mail, apps, and print.
• Leading the team in day-to-day operations and close collaboration with marketing, IT, and other interfaces.
• Thinking from the customer's perspective and implementing effective campaigns accordingly.

Qualifications

• Team lead experience is desirable but not essential.
• Very good understanding of performance, customer journey, and marketing automation.
• Very good process understanding for sub-disciplines within CRM (newsletters, direct mailings, loyalty programs, analytics).
• Experience with CRM systems / automation tools.
• A feel for user journeys and customer lifetime campaigns.
• Analytical strength.
• Hands-on mentality.
• Interface competence.
• Entrepreneurial thinking.
