Web & Marketing Technology Specialist (m/f/d) - Munich

Are you passionate about building not just beautiful, but also technically sound, well-thought-out, and conversion-oriented websites and landing pages? Do you enjoy connecting web design, web development, tracking, and marketing tools?

If so, you might be a great fit for us.

We are a performance marketing agency based in Munich, working with clients ranging from solo entrepreneurs to larger corporations. Our focus is on measurable results, creative campaigns, and collaborative partnerships.

In our team of 8, we work closely together, take on responsibility early on, and continuously develop projects. For our clients, we not only implement campaigns but also build the technical foundations behind them: websites, landing pages, forms, tracking setups, and tool integrations.

We are looking for someone to take on this crucial interface role: connecting websites, marketing, tracking, tools, and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will handle technical and design tasks related to websites, landing pages, tracking, and marketing setups. You will work closely with our team and clients, ensuring that ideas not only look good but also function technically.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Building, customizing, and further developing websites and landing pages
  • Implementing web designs using tools like Webflow, Onepage, or similar website builders
  • Designing conversion-oriented pages aligned with target audiences, campaigns, and funnel stages
  • Setting up and connecting forms, landing pages, CRM systems, and email marketing tools
  • Setting up and maintaining tools like Brevo, Pipedrive, or similar systems
  • Building automations, for example, via Zapier or comparable tools
  • Connecting and processing leads between different systems
  • Implementing minor technical adjustments with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
  • Supporting tracking setups, e.g., via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Tracking, or Meta Pixel
  • Supporting server-side tracking and Meta Conversion API, depending on experience
  • Integrating and technically verifying cookie banners and consent setups
  • Testing forms, tracking, redirects, and technical workflows
  • Close collaboration with the team on campaigns, creatives, landing pages, tracking, and reporting
  • Structured documentation of setups, integrations, and next steps

Qualifications

You don't need to be an expert in every area. What's important to us is that you have experience in building websites and landing pages, work with technical precision, and are eager to develop further in marketing setups, tracking, and automations.

Ideally, you bring:

  • Experience in building websites, landing pages, or digital funnel pages
  • Proficiency with website builders like Webflow, Onepage, WordPress, Elementor, or similar tools
  • A good sense for web design, user experience, structure, and conversion
  • A fundamental understanding of how forms, landing pages, CRM systems, and email marketing tools interact
  • Initial experience with tool setups, integrations, or automations
  • Interest in tracking, data quality, and technically clean campaign setups
  • A structured, reliable, and independent way of working
  • A good sense for prioritization, technical details, and clean handovers
  • Enjoyment in explaining technical topics clearly and finding solutions together with the team
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Residence in or around Munich, or willingness to commute to our Munich office approximately once a week

A plus, but not a requirement:

Experience with:

  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Tracking, Meta Pixel, or Meta Conversion API
  • Server-side tracking or Consent Mode
  • Zapier, Make, or comparable automation tools
  • API integrations or webhooks
  • Brevo, Pipedrive, or other CRM and email marketing tools
  • Data protection, cookie banners, and consent management
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Benefits

  • Flexible hybrid model with remote work options and regular team days at our Munich office
  • Wellpass membership for fitness and health, or alternatively, the Deutschlandticket
  • Modern MacBook and high-quality work equipment
  • Regular team events and a motivated, helpful team
  • Diverse projects with start-ups, solo entrepreneurs, and larger companies
  • Early responsibility and significant scope for initiative
  • Short decision-making processes, direct communication, and collaboration at eye level
  • Room for professional and personal development
  • The opportunity to actively shape a technical role within our team

We are a team that works closely together, shares knowledge, and enjoys doing great work collectively. With us, you'll gain responsibility without being left alone. You can contribute your own ideas, develop technical solutions, and work with us to ensure campaigns, websites, and marketing setups integrate seamlessly. If you enjoy building websites, understand technical connections, and are keen to integrate web design, tracking, and marketing automation, we look forward to receiving your application.
