About the Role

We are seeking a strong leader to build and operationally manage Customer Service within pharmaceutical sales. This role requires close engagement with daily business, a clear customer focus, and enthusiasm for developing teams, processes, and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and disciplinary leadership for a Customer Service team of approximately 8 employees, including call center agents and technical advisors.
  • Lead, develop, and operationally manage the team.
  • Actively participate in daily business operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the field sales team and marketing.
  • Directly engage with and support customers.
  • Implement defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and service goals.
  • Steer relevant KPIs for performance and quality measurement.
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Drive the further development of the Customer Service function.

Qualifications

  • Possess initial leadership experience in Customer Service, Call Centers, or Sales Administration within the Pharmaceutical or Health industry.
  • Experience as a Team Lead, Senior Team Lead, Operations Lead, or similar role.
  • Approximately 3-8 years of leadership experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, or a comparable service-oriented environment within the pharmaceutical, health, or cosmetics industry.
  • Experience managing teams of approximately 8-30 FTEs.
  • Proficient in handling KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Good understanding of GDP/GMP requirements, as well as quality, documentation, and compliance processes.
  • Operational proximity and willingness to lead visibly and effectively in daily business.
  • Strong communication skills when interacting with the team, customers, and field sales.
  • German language skills at C1 level or higher, and fluent English communication skills.
