Your Responsibilities

• Market and Lending Value Appraisals: Create market and lending value appraisals for residential and commercial properties in Germany in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Property Inspections: Conduct property inspections as part of the valuation process.
• Market Monitoring & Analysis: Observe the real estate and land market, analyze price and interest rate developments, and monitor legal frameworks.
• External Appraisal Review: Perform plausibility checks on external property appraisals for domestic real estate.
• Appraisal Verification: Review appraisals according to legal requirements.
• Collaboration: Work with market and market support departments and assist with complex financing structures.
• Process Development: Contribute to the further development of valuation processes and quality assurance in the appraisal field.

Your Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a Bank Clerk, a technical degree (e.g., Civil Engineering, Architecture), or a comparable qualification.
• Many years of professional experience, ideally in a banking environment and in real estate valuation or appraisal activities.
• Sound technical expertise in preparing lending value appraisals.
• Good knowledge of relevant real estate markets.
• Additional qualifications such as HypZert S or F are advantageous but not mandatory.
• High analytical understanding, a view for the "big picture," and a structured, responsible working style.
• Strong team skills, self-responsibility, and a professional demeanor in collaboration with internal interfaces.
