About the Role

This role provides general support and assistance for trust management activities, with full responsibility for managing an assigned portfolio of trusts.

What You Will Do

Populate and reconcile trust cash reconciliations.
Manage trust funding subscription processes.
Manage trust month-end processes.
Identify and resolve discrepancies with servicers/originators.
Run cashflow distribution waterfall calculations.
Instruct the trustee to make required payments.
Liaise with stakeholders as required.
Maintain and develop financial models (supported by ongoing training and mentoring).

Desired Experience & Skills

1-3 years of experience in structured financial markets.
Minimum 1 year of securitization trust management experience.
General experience in financial SPV or trust management/administration.
Experience with complex transactions/projects involving multiple stakeholders.
General understanding of legal documentation focused on operative commercial provisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Cashflow modelling experience is helpful but not essential.
