Role Overview

As an Associate, Marketing, you will be a key player in scaling our growth engine across multiple high-impact acquisition channels. You will support the execution, optimization, and expansion of our customer acquisition programs, with hands-on involvement in affiliate networks, direct mail campaigns, and paid social initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal growth teams to recruit partners, coordinate multi-channel assets, and ensure our performance ecosystem operates with maximum efficiency. By combining analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, you will help execute scalable campaigns, resolve workflow blockers, and drive measurable enrollment growth. Your ability to understand channel dynamics, adapt to emerging media, and achieve measurable outcomes will be crucial in expanding our strategic acquisition pipelines.

What You Do Each Day

  • Research and identify potential affiliate partners, creators, and platform influencers to broaden and diversify our acquisition footprint.
  • Implement end-to-end operational workflows for both offline and online channels, including managing direct mail drops and setting up paid social campaigns.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new marketing partners while nurturing existing relationships to ensure sustained long-term channel performance.
  • Troubleshoot platform tracking discrepancies, attribution gaps, and software integrations to maintain high data fidelity.
  • Respond promptly to partner inquiries and assist external stakeholders with technical navigation and asset delivery.
  • Optimize campaign budgets, creative configurations, and copy requests by critically evaluating AI-driven insights to meet performance targets.
  • Execute collaborative campaigns across Product, Go-to-Market, Events, Creative, and Brand teams to meet deadlines and enhance process efficiency.
  • Formulate detailed presentation decks and clearly communicate campaign results to key stakeholders across various teams.
  • Share cross-channel tactical learnings and performance insights to support continuous iteration within the Growth department.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or multi-channel growth environments.
  • Demonstrated execution depth in at least one performance channel (e.g., Affiliate Networks, Direct Mail, Paid Social, or Creator/Influencer Marketing), with a general aptitude to span across several.
  • Proficiency using standard performance marketing and tracking tools (e.g., PartnerStack, Impact, Ad Managers, or equivalent multi-channel attribution platforms).
  • Competency in analyzing dataset metrics to validate campaign health and formulate clear optimization paths; experience running A/B tests is a significant plus.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience.

Compensation

  • Compensation range starts at $28,000 annually.
