The Opportunity

As Flywire continues to scale its Education software and payments platform, Product Marketing is central to translating product capability into market impact. This role sits at the intersection of Product and Go-to-Market, focusing on making solutions easy to understand, sell, and differentiate. You will shape product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and enablement, directly impacting pipeline quality, conversion, and revenue. The role involves connecting product strategy, customer insight, and commercial execution, sharpening the company's story, targeting the right customers, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Feedback from the field will inform messaging and product direction.

What You'll Do

Positioning, ICP, and Messaging

  • Define clear, differentiated positioning and value propositions for Education solutions.
  • Own Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas based on market insight.
  • Translate complex software and payments capabilities into simple, compelling narratives.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across Product, Marketing, and Sales.

Go to Market and Launch Execution

  • Lead go-to-market strategy for launches, releases, and commercial initiatives.
  • Partner with Product to develop market-ready messaging and materials from the roadmap.
  • Drive coordinated execution across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on performance and feedback.

Enablement and Revenue Impact

  • Create high-quality enablement materials (decks, battlecards, demos, value narratives).
  • Equip Sales and Relationship Management teams for effective selling.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to improve win rates, deal quality, and conversion.
  • Support deal strategy in competitive situations by articulating value clearly.

Customer Insight and Market Feedback

  • Synthesize customer feedback, win/loss insights, and field input into actionable directions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of buyers, market dynamics, and competition.
  • Feed insights back into positioning, targeting, and product decisions.

AI Driven Execution

  • Utilize AI to enhance speed and quality in content, messaging, and research.
  • Experiment with AI workflows to increase productivity and scalability.
  • Help shape the team's AI integration into daily execution.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of B2B product marketing experience in SaaS, payments, fintech, or similar environments.
  • Proven track record owning positioning, GTM launches, and enablement with clear links to pipeline, conversion, and revenue.
  • Strong commercial and product instincts, understanding B2B buying cycles and enterprise sales motions.
  • Ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling value propositions.
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and commercial teams.
  • Hands-on experience using AI in marketing workflows to improve speed, quality, and scale.
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new approaches.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with influencing ability.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bias toward action and execution.
  • Nice to have: Experience in payments, fintech, vertical SaaS platforms; supporting multi-product environments; directly tying PMM efforts to revenue outcomes.

Additional Information

  • The US base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 plus benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, and other factors.
