Your Responsibilities

Growth & Channel Strategy:

  • Support the Brand Director with the growth agenda.
  • Develop a clear, data-based channel strategy across D2C, B2B/Retail, and other touchpoints.
  • Translate revenue and profitability goals into strategic growth levers.
  • Identify funnel opportunities and drive new customer growth and loyalty in collaboration with other departments.

Brand Experience Strategy:

  • Develop personas, consumer journeys, and experience principles.
  • Ensure the brand is experienced emotionally, consistently, and distinctively across all touchpoints.
  • Set the strategic framework for campaigns and brand experience.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Oversee the overarching campaign strategy.
  • Define strategic direction and guide Brand Managers in execution.
  • Directly manage media campaigns from concept to rollout.

Media Planning:

  • Plan and manage media activities across all relevant channels (Print, OOH, Digital).
  • Develop media strategy, coordinate agencies and external partners.
  • Ensure alignment between media deployment and campaign strategy.

KPIs, Insights & Performance:

  • Manage a broad set of KPIs, including brand health, brand perception, D2C performance metrics (CAC, CLV), and sell-out performance.
  • Track performance using tools like Looker.
  • Integrate consumer and market insights into strategy development.
  • Analyze performance with Brand Managers and the online team, identifying gaps and deriving concrete, prioritized actions.

What You Bring

  • 6-9 years of professional experience in Brand Management, Brand Strategy, or a comparable senior role (client or agency side), ideally in consumer brands, FMCG, or digital environments.
  • Experience in developing cross-channel brand and campaign strategies; ability to set frameworks and empower teams for execution.
  • Proficiency with KPIs, data tools (e.g., Looker), and insights; ability to derive clear decisions from data.
  • Basic understanding of D2C mechanics and relevant performance metrics.
  • Strong sense for brand leadership, consumer journeys, and emotional storytelling, with the ability to set strategic frameworks and lead creative teams.
  • Enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration, connecting teams, and driving initiatives independently.
  • Bonus: Pet ownership, affinity for the pet food category, or experience in D2C/direct digital sales.
