What You'll Do

  • Contribute to the expansion of Customer Support and Experience, demonstrating flexibility in a startup setting.
  • Clearly communicate Max Retail’s performance expectations to sellers.
  • Provide comprehensive support to Max Retail customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Manage orders and customer accounts on both partner channels and the Max Retail platform.
  • Maintain a positive and efficient approach to resolving product and service incidents.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inventory, orders, and shipments as needed.
  • Create shipping labels and manage the return process.
  • Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information.
  • Ensure the timely resolution of all customer inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in optimizing the customer experience department, focusing on people, products, processes, and technologies to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide insightful feedback on customer concerns to drive process improvements.
  • Work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.
