What You Will Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, emails, and chats.
• Escalate complex cases to the internal team.
• Assist customers with their inquiries.
• Stay current with evolving tools and technology.
• Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
• Apply the latest customer happiness practices.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What You Need to Succeed:

• Excellent English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and follow precise procedures.
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
• Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 45 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload).
