About the Role

ProSidian is seeking an experienced Executive Coach to support the U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) in their civilian leadership development program. This role focuses on providing personalized coaching to help professionals maximize their leadership effectiveness, business acumen, and organizational impact. As an Executive Consultant/SME II, you will play a vital role in fostering leadership growth and strategic guidance.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver impactful one-on-one coaching sessions tailored to individual leader needs.
  • Assess leadership strengths, development areas, and potential barriers.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop actionable development plans.
  • Support the enhancement of leadership effectiveness, communication skills, and business acumen.
  • Integrate executive coaching methodologies, leadership assessments, and performance improvement planning.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, or organizational consulting.

Education / Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or certified coaching credential is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in the DOD/Military Sector is highly desirable.

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in executive coaching, leadership assessment, and facilitation.
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Focus on professional and management development training.

Competencies Required:

  • Leadership development, influence, strategic thinking, resilience, and stakeholder engagement.

Ancillary Details:

  • Requires NACI eligibility.
  • Supports the USARC CPMO Civilian Leadership & Development Program.
  • Delivery methods include in-person and virtual.
  • Typically provides six (6) Individual Sessions @ 1.5 Hours Each (9 Total Hours) of individual coaching.
  • Requires one-on-one executive coaching, leadership assessment, facilitated dialogue, developmental planning, and business acumen.
