What We Need You For:

• Managing a technical hotline.
• Monitoring and verifying traffic control systems via our proprietary web portal.
• Activating digital traffic control systems according to specifications.
• Handling external and internal inquiries.
• Identifying and escalating issues identified through calls.

What You Need:

• Fluent German, both written and spoken.
• Good fundamental technical understanding.
• Good IT skills (Office 365).
• Confident and friendly demeanor on the phone.
• Quick comprehension.
• Willingness to undertake on-call duty.
