Your Role as a Home Hospital Registered Nurse

As a Home Hospital RN, you will provide advanced skilled nursing care in patients' homes. This role does not require Medicare OASIS documentation, allowing for a greater focus on patient care and clinical treatment. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing comprehensive care plans.
• Providing advanced skilled nursing treatments and patient education.
• Coordinating care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
• Documenting visits efficiently using AI-assisted tools.

Common Treatments May Include:

• TPN administration
• Chest tube management
• Lab draws
• IV therapy and maintenance
• Wound vacs and wound care
• Post-surgical recovery support
• Respiratory care
• Patient and caregiver education

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required.
