We Are Looking For:

Microsoft 365 / Azure Administrator (m/f/d)
Focus: Modern Workplace & Cloud Platform
Location: Stuttgart / Oberboihingen / Nürtingen area
Work Model: Hybrid (On-site & Homeoffice)

Your Responsibilities:

Your goal is to not only operate our Microsoft platform stably but to actively develop it further.

• Administer and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment (especially SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, Intune, and Fabric).
• Be responsible for identities, roles, and security groups, ensuring clear, secure structures.
• Develop our security and compliance policies further (e.g., Conditional Access, DLP).
• Plan and implement deployments and rollouts of new solutions.
• Automate processes (e.g., with PowerShell or Microsoft Graph) and make our IT more efficient.
• Analyze issues, maintain an overview, and ensure stable operation.
• Support our business departments in optimally utilizing the Microsoft world.

Your Profile:

• Completed IT training, degree, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial practical experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Azure.
• Structured and reliable way of working – especially with permissions, deployments, and system structures.
• Understanding of modern IT security and cloud environments.
• Interest in improving things and automating processes.
• Microsoft certifications are desirable, but not a prerequisite.
• Residency in the Stuttgart / Swabian Jura region or willingness to work on-site in Oberboihingen regularly.
