Your Responsibilities

  • Sales Analysis & Scaling: Review/restructure structures, define sales funnels & KPIs, build Key Account Management (doctors/clinics).
  • Field Force Management: Pipeline reviews, forecasting, target agreements, territory and appointment planning.
  • Process Optimization & Standardization: Define/automate sales, order, and after-sales processes – Goal: Decouple 90% of operational to-dos from management.
  • Project Coordination of Strategic Initiatives & Go-to-Market: Product launches, partner programs, cross-functional scaling projects.
  • Prioritization and deadline management for the Management: Decision support documents, meeting preparation, to-do tracking, and follow-ups.

Your Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and confident in dealing with doctors, clinics, and internal stakeholders.
  • Structured, self-directed, solution-oriented work style with strong implementation capabilities.
  • Analytical & KPI-oriented: Proficient in building reporting and controlling logic.
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in healthcare/medical technology; experience in KAM and managing field sales teams.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Combit CRM), excellent Excel/BI skills, and affinity for process automation.
  • Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills, willingness to travel approx. 20%; completed degree (Business Administration, Economic/Health Management or similar) or equivalent qualification.
