About the Role

Join Konecta, a leading global firm in Consumer Support & Service, as a Consumer Care & Engagement Specialist. You will be the brand ambassador for Coca-Cola, interacting directly with consumers across various European markets. This part-time, remote position offers a dynamic work environment and the chance to develop your skills in customer support and community management.

Position Details

  • Location: Remote (Bucharest / Milan preferred, but remote within Europe)
  • Contract: 6 months (or until end of 2026)
  • Hours: 4 hours per day
  • Focus: Italian Market
  • Work Type: Part-time Hybrid (remote)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador for The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC), responding to consumer inquiries and requests via Phone, LiveChat, email, and Social Media messages.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, focusing on promotions, new products, and quality issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer support team and Coca-Cola's internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service.
  • Identify and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment focused on excellent customer interactions.
  • Assist in documenting and presenting customer support strategies.
  • Utilize platforms such as Sprinklr for customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Native Italian (spoken and written).
  • An additional European language is a plus.
  • Initial customer support experience and/or community management experience.
  • Strong interest in client relations and service excellence.
  • Effective communication skills, adept at understanding and resolving customer issues.

  • Detail-oriented and able to excel in fast-paced settings.
