About the Role:

As a Junior Controller / Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial health and strategic decision-making of our rapidly growing IT company. You will be involved in key financial processes, providing essential insights and analysis to management and various departments.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Creation, analysis, and preparation of business evaluations and reports.
• Execution of variance analysis (actual vs. plan) and identification/evaluation of deviations.
• Close collaboration with internal departments and support for management on business-related questions.

Your Qualifications:

• Completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, formulas).
• Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking skills.
• Meticulous, structured, and reliable work approach.
