Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Recruiter who excels in fast-paced industrial environments and can effectively identify and attract top talent. You will partner directly with plant leadership and hiring managers to recruit the skilled workforce essential for smooth manufacturing operations. This role requires a blend of strategic recruitment and onsite engagement, with a requirement to be present at the plant location twice a week to build relationships, understand workforce needs, and develop creative hiring strategies for high-volume manufacturing positions.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record of successful placements in automotive and manufacturing roles.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Must reside in Mexico.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
• Experience with remote recruiting and virtual interviewing techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability to changing business needs and recruitment challenges.
