What You'll Own
Platform Architecture & Strategy
- Architect and evolve scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.
- Define infrastructure standards and long-term technical direction.
- Drive cost optimization and performance improvements.
Reliability & Operations
- Own uptime, SLAs, and incident management practices.
- Lead post-incident reviews and systemic improvements.
- Define monitoring, alerting, and observability strategy.
Automation & Engineering Enablement
- Lead Infrastructure as Code maturity and governance.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability.
- Enable engineering teams through better tooling and platform capabilities.
What You'll Bring
Must-haves
- 5–8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
- Deep AWS and cloud architecture expertise.
- Strong Infrastructure as Code experience.
- Proven ownership of complex, production systems.
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to influence teams and drive technical decisions.
Strong Signals
